Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, along with tracking information if available.

If you are in the US, your order will typically arrive via USPS within 5-10 days. If you are outside the US, it will take 10-25 days.

If your package includes tracking, you can follow your tracking online for accurate delivery times.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are
responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads (SVG files and printables, if files have been delivered or downloaded), custom products (such as special orders or personalized
items).

For more information about how to start a return, damages, exchanges, and EU policies visit our Refunds policy.

For all exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Digital downloads, craft files and patterns are not eligible for refunds once they are downloaded.

If you have trouble with your files or need a different file type, please contact me, I'm happy to help!

You will receive a link and an email to download your digital download as soon as you purchase.

All digital files are compressed in zip format, if your computer does not automatically open zip files, you can download free zip openers online.

To open PDF files, you will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat which you can download for free.

There are several ways to transfer your pattern to fabric, you can learn about them with this easy tutorial!

If you'd like your felt or embroidery pattern to be larger or smaller for your project, you can change it to a larger or smaller percentage in your print dialog box when you print it out. Most patterns translate well to different sizes.

Visit the Project Gallery for close up photos of all embroidery patterns to help you out as you stitch!

I love felt from Benzie Design, it is a thick wool blend in lots of colors. I use their felt for all of my patterns!

Thanks so much for your interest! I have a simple, small business licensing contract that will allow you to sell anything you make using my designs. There is no fee, just a way for me to keep track. :) Please contact me with your email address and I will send you the contract to look over.

Thanks for your interest! I don't have time right now for custom orders, but you can contact one of my friends and see if they can do it for you:
