I like that the journal is guided but is still flexible. I need to practice my stitching, but also want room for creativity, imperfection and experimentation. This should be all of that and I will have the completed book as a reference when I am done, rather than a bunch of random practice scraps. Those are okay too, but this looks like a nice way to create a cohesive project from practice pieces.
I LOVE this stitch journal! I've started stitching it, experimenting with fibers, colors and interspersing it with some of my own designs. I'm really enjoying this Stitch Journal! Very relaxing and so much fun.
